ABOUT OUR SEASIDE RETREAT
A chance take a break and relax from your everyday stress, this seaside retreat in Engure natural park, Latvia could be your next destination. It takes just 85 km and 1 h from Riga Airport to get to this well-developed property which has: modern Scandinavian-style 3 bedroom seaside villa and four 2-story apartments in a completely renovated more than 100 year-old barn.
The property is located in a fisherman's village enclaved by Baltic sea and Engure lake. Perfect place to enjoy fresh air, sun, sea, lake and the nearby forest with all its wildlife.
THE VILLA
The villa is a fully-equipped wooden house in Scandinavian style with 3 private (lockable) bedrooms (sleeping for 6) with large terraces and sea views on 2 floors.
Villa has 2 showers and 3 toilets and comfortably will accommodate 6 people with additional 2 people on a sofabed. An equipped kitchen with utensils, household appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and a dining table.
The whole first floor is surrounded by a 2m wide terrace with lounge furniture, so you can catch the sun and nature sounds any time of the day.

2-STORY APARTMENTS
Each of the four apartments is bright, spacious and newly decorated with an open floor kitchen, dining table and living room, as well as a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower all located on the first floor. As a two-floor apartment, the bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed for two. The apartment has high ceilings and large windows and an outdoor terrace to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink from where you can also catch a view of the Baltic Sea.

Taste local seafood
As in any fisherman's village, you will be able to taste traditional fish dishes in the local restaurant or buy freshly smoked fish directly from locals for friendly prices.
Wide variety of locally sourced seafood available from fisherman at their roadside stalls or go for a prepared meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) at the cafe "Vizbuļi"
